The Royal Collection – Interactive Map Design

This collection of interactive maps were commissioned to demonstrate the fantastic services and sights on offer to children and families during a visit to a Royal Collection site. A bespoke map was designed for each location: Windsor Castle; Buckingham Palace; The Royal Mews and The Palace of Holyrood House. These were drawn and rendered by our in-house illustrator Matt Buckingham to give them an inviting and family friendly appeal.

Each map shows a variety of interactive hotspots indicating points of significance, not-to-be-missed sights within the grounds along with important functional elements like the location of baby changing facilities. The maps have been designed to be used before a visit to the chosen site in order for the family to plan and prepare for their visit.
